Once these remarkable, good-hearted people are swept into the vortex of war, their lives hang by a thread, perilously close to death. As the protagonist, you can use Sword of Justice's unique [Rewind] feature to follow clues, make choices, and change their destinies. Perhaps the brethren of Cloudcrest Fortress, and the wolf companions Wu Yun and Bai Xue, will have a chance to survive!

　　For example, Han Song, who you meet at the Yanmen Pass, was originally a soldier guarding the pass. He holds fast to his belief in defending his homeland with passion, but is instead ostracized by the corrupt Yanmen Stronghold garrison. If he is surrounded on the battlefield, he will find himself isolated and helpless.

　　The Liao troop general's shield is exceptionally strong. If you shatter the general with a hidden weapon before the battle and take him down quickly, you’ll have time to heal Han Song. But where do you find the hidden weapon? It seems that Head Constable Wuqing may have given you one when you cleared the Cloudrise Terrace dungeon...

　　Before entering the Rebel Camp, you would've encountered the Black and White Wolves—Wu Yun and Bai Xue. Although they both are remarkably intelligent companions, they are still just wolves and cannot fully arm themselves.

　　However, rumor has it that the Great White Wolf, resembling Wu Yun in size but clad in steel armor, has recently appeared in the Song-Liao Border. If you defeat the Great White Wolf under certain conditions, you’ll obtain a damaged piece of armor. Maybe if you can find someone to repair the armor, it may still be put to use.

　　When you first arrive at Cloudcrest Fortress, you’ll also meet the three Long brothers. Originally honest and kind-hearted farmers, they joined the Rebel Army at Cloudcrest Fortress in anger after their home was destroyed by the flames of war.

　　Among them, the two brothers knew only how to fight with their fists, they had long abandoned the staff techniques that balanced offense and defense. Facing fully armed elite soldiers on the battlefield with nothing but their fists will leave them terribly outmatched. Could you encourage them to pick up the staff technique again and craft two new battle staffs for them? To craft the staffs, you'll need to mine some ore and consult with the Blacksmith at the Rebel Camp...

　　Of course, there’s really no need for you to feel anxious about saving them. After completing all the quests, you can click the cross at the top right, click [Quest] → click [Review] on the right → and click [Rewind] on the top right to use the unlimited [Rewind] feature. With the [Rewind] feature you can return to your save point before making a decision. You can try different branches and routes, and guide the story toward new endings.

　　After completing this part of the main story, you will also receive the outfit [Desert Drifter], which offers excellent warmth and can protect you from the cold nights at the border.
